We should not use Migration Assistant because it copies kernel extensions and other legacy files. It would be good to either follow the Sleep Aid (please see Quick Reference spoiler at the top of the Z390 Designare build guide -- "Troubleshooting" section) or restore from the bootable backup and manually transfer files and applications from the previous system.
I checked the suggested quick reference and this:
A more comprehensive guide to fixing sleep/wake problems has been posted here.
No change

@CaseySJ after a fresh install I did not do use Migration Assistant and this made it pretty much impossible to install apps that I have spent years creating a work flow that fit my processes, I continued to have the same problems, sleep, no backup, no access to the App Store and more. I know that sleep is the only issue that can be addressed here. Next step is creating a new installer USB. Maybe tomorrow. If the problems that presently exist are resolved with a new USB, Mt next move will be to only migrate my apps folder. Be well.

Thanks again for your advice.

This problem is driving me mad as once I have a successful boot, all is well.

I will try your suggestions.

I am using Corsair MP600 NVMe for Windows and Catalina. Are you aware if anyone else has tried these and had problems?

I do not have any Thunderbolt devices.
I am having the same issue but only on restart and only if I perform the restart from MacOs. It will restart then will hang on the Gigabyte logo splash screen and the various options (F12, etc.) displayed at the bottom of the screen. Only solution is to power off then power on and then boot is ok.
If I boot windows 10 from OC then restart, no problem at all. Gigabyte logo is displayed along with the options at the bottom of the screen, options disappear, OC boot picker/icons are displayed and everything is fine. I can boot again windows 10 then restart and it will work 100% of the time. I have not figure out what the issue is.

I just connected my Apple wired keyboard and Fn-F3 and Fn-F4 are okay. In Firefox, for example, Fn-F3 opens the Find box at the bottom of the window. Have you tried Fn-F3 and Fn-F4 in other applications, including Firefox?
Yup.. f3 and f4 aren´t working in any application... It´s weird, they work perfectly in windows and they do work with the special functions (mission control and app launcher) u.u

I've put my PC to sleep about 50 mins ago, suddenly it wakes up for like 20-30 seconds and goes back into sleep by itself
This happened to anyone else?

Perfectly normal. This is a maintenance wake where macOS is checking for notifications, emails, reminders, etc.

@CaseySJ an observation about the Fenvi and wifi downloads, last night the Bluetooth started to act up. Both of the Magic Mouse (Mice?) started getting jittery. I removed the Fence and replaced it with the Wifi Bluetooth card from the previous system, no more jittery mice. Here's the kicker... the Wifi is just as slow for the downloads! On the Z370/8700k system I was getting 107mbs! Strange, no? Could the board, config.plist be the problem?

Additionally, the sleep problem will not go away. It sleeps for a second or two and then wakes. Here is the config.plist Let me know what you think. Thank you.

Please refer to the Sleep Aid. There is nothing else I can add that isn't mentioned in that guide.

I have had no troubles at all with this until today, and i’m experiencing the same thing. If I restart from within MacOS, it hangs at the splash screen. Never had any problem with numerous restarts between MacOS and Windows sessions, testing EFI configurations etc. It seems just reading your post has transferred the problem to my system

My bad! Thunderbolt looks OK then
But yes, for AirportItlwm.kext (and BT handsoff) to work, i need SecureBootModel to Default.

I wonder if this should be reported to the OpenIntelWireless team or the Acidanthera team?

Seems this is already a known issue! From the OpenIntelWireless GitHub site:
