Yes.

Search is always your friend here.

There are builds based on the motherboard with similar components. Bear in mind you will either have to use the i9 iGPU for graphics or add a compatible discrete GPU.

No graphics card? Just use CPU integrated graphics?

With a compatible i9 CPU like the 10900K, the combination should be compatible with MacOS Big Sur.

Sure, the Sapphire Pulse RX 580 will work with MacOS Big Sur (and in fact with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra / Mojave / Catalina). I use 2 of these cards in my first and second systems.

But are you sure you can find it at a reasonable price?

At least it works with motherboard and CPU
