Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

Try ig-platform-id = 00001219
I tried putting it in Device Properties and also under Graphics section (separately, and then also both) as seen in pics but same results. Also attached hackintool screenshots, I noticed I can’t seem to get the ??? to go away under Intel Generation.

iMac17,1 is not correct for your hardware

Is there a recommended choice that might work for me on High Sierra? I’ve tried a lot of them but haven’t tried others with the platform id chef mentioned.

Edit: Let me add my 5700 is pulled (using iGPU) in case that was the problem you saw

ahh ok, iMac19,1 for Mojave or later

maybe iMac18,1?

Thanks, should I still try to use chef’s recommended ig-platform-id = 00001219 or switch to another? And which is better, in Device Properties or Graphics section?

Try these settings.

Don't use config.plist > Graphics. Leave that section blank.

Only use config.plist > Devices > Properties.

Is that for 17,1 or 18,1? I’m getting this error when booting, it still boots both but with same poor graphics

Try with iMac18,1.

Thanks chef, unfortunately same error with both 17,1 and 18,1

Try:
ig-platform-id = 00001219
device-id = 12190000
System definition = iMac17,1
Add boot argument "-disablegfxfirmware" (without the quotes)
