Ok, I'm incredibly happy I went with your guide.
I did an installation for my dad using a different board and it wasn't so smooth and easy .
Do you know if there is an option to disable m.2 port in this motherboard bios?
For now I'm on sata III SSD, but I plan on switching to nvme for mac boot drive, and doing windows on sata III. I heard it's a good practice to disable/disconnect mac drive when booting into windows, and if I can't disable m.2 I would go with sata for mac .

I don't remember if there's a BIOS option to disable the NVMe slot(s)... But you shouldn't have to disable drives with macOS when booting Windows. I never do.
The only time you may want to disable or unplug the macOS drive is when installing Windows or Linux.
