Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

@pastrychef - do you think the difference has something to do with AppleVTD? It looks like you don't have it enabled. I know that in mine, I enabled it, but I am not sure if I had enabled it correctly like CaseySJ did.

I did have it enabled, but I don't think it's a problem. On the last EFI I posted, I want to eliminate as many possibilities as possible for now and add it back later.

Thanks for the heads up!!

Dutchie2 found the fix to the Ventura 13.3 update problem... Change the following in config.plist:

config.plist > Kernel > Quirks > ForceAquantiaEthernet = Disabled

No, it is on the EFI partition of a WD Black NVMe drive. I also tried with Samsung 860 Evo to no avail.

Hmm... Please try this. Also, remember to clear NVRAM a few times.
