Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

Yup. It looks like some USB device is causing your sleep problems.
Rebooted to Win, tried to connect magic mouse.
First I've accidentally deleted unnamed device - BT stop working at all. In few sec windows installed drivers by itself - BT works, it was determined as USB hub! And then I've connected to my mouse. And there are same lags near keyboard. On the left side works good - it's just over front side of computer. Right side where I use a mouse is in about 23.5 in.

So have you seen that PCI-E wi-fi+BT cards? I think when I've installed RX580 it's low down BT signal.
It have 2 antennas, but they are on rear panel. What do you think, are they using for Wi-fi and BT or just Wi-Fi? So point is, should extended antenna helps me or should I just buy usb-BT adapter?

UPD. I have unplug F_USB1. The is no BT now :( But sleep works!
How can I make them work together?
Rebuild SSDT? It's too hard for me for now, honestly.

UPD2. I helped foe a minute. After 1-min sleep it woke up

On two antenna cards, both antennas are for Wi-Fi with one of them doing double duty to carry Bluetooth signals too.

When you configure your USB, make sure to set the port where your Bluetooth is connect to be "255" aka "internal".

I see, thank you! Will order extension.

Sleep is not working not by USB now, BT PCI_E is unplugged, Hackintosh go to sleep by command and wake up in a sec.
Turning off Handoff didn't help. Siri turned off. OS 10.15.7.Oh, I just want to give up with it. Here is logs and pmset:

Maybe it's power management of external RX580 coolers, as when mac woke up RX580's coolers goes to 100% for a while and stop.

Well. If you have no idea it's okay. Sleep doesn't mean so much to me, it will be ok to shut down Mac every time.
You've helped me to do stable Hackintosh! Respect to you :headbang::clap:

Upd. Lol, after shutting down my Hack starts over. It doesn't want to sleep at all, lol

That Terminal output is not telling me what is wrong...

Thank you again for this build thread; it has saved me a lot of time, and frustration with my Z390 M gaming build. Quick question, has the situation concerning the built-in M.2 Wi-Fi slot been solved (i.e has it been unlocked to where you can install broadcom cards such as the BCM94360CS2)?

No, the CNVi slot on the motherboard can only be used with an Intel CNVi card. I don't know of anyone who has managed to "fix" this...

If you want to use a macOS natively compatible Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, it will have to be via a PCI-e adaptor.

Noted; that's what I have now, but I was hoping to use the CNVi slot due to both my x1 slots being blocked by my 5700 XT. Are there any risers that'd help clear up some space?

EDIT: I have a Fenvi T919 and unfortunately one of the antennas got damaged. Would you happen to know what replacement antenna would work? I tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything other than complaints about bluetooth signal quality.

Yeah... I hate how so many video cards are "triple slot width" nowadays...

Riser cables should work if it can be snaked under your video card's cooler...

Where did the antenna get damaged?

@Aldaro look for PCI-E Riser with USB adapter cable. Some has 90 degree rotated USB connector, like this . They are available withvdifferent cable lengths. I have such Adapters in both of my Hackintoshs, one for a PCIe Firewire card and in the other Hack one for a WLAN-Bluetooth card. They are sitting both in Slot 2 below the graphics cards and working perfectly.

@pastrychef Here's where the damage occurred (I left some images below)
