No idea whats wrong, but i always after wake up from sleep got error. my mouse and keyboard stuck, only option is hard reset.

It looks like it may be due to some PCI-e device. What do you have installed?

It looks like it may be due to some PCI-e device. What do you have installed?
Just Fenvi WiFi and Gigabyte RX 5700 XT. SMBIOS iMacPro1.1,
if I change to MacPro7.1. USB not working, but also not stuck after sleep.

Weird... Check IORegistryExplorer. Make sure your RX 580 is seen as GFX0.

if I am in version 5131 is this serious or for update on big on it is possible?

You can update to Big Sur without updating EFI.
