Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

Use the latest. You can choose either Clover or OpenCore. They both work.
I am doing a timemachine with mojave, I am restoring my version,

once mojave is installed, I only have to update my EFI via cloverconfigurator

and do the installation from the APP?

and it's ok ?

No.

Download the latest Clover EFI from post #1.
Copy/paste your SMBIOS info from your current config.plist to the new config.plist included with the EFI you just downloaded.
Replace your existing EFI folder on the EFI partition of your main system drive with the new one.
Reboot.
Update macOS.

update macos with software update or with usb ?

it's good, but...

the update is ok, but my mouse is stuck
suddenly I can use the keyboard but no longer the mouse

a tip? thanks again for the help

What kind of mouse is it? Bluetooth? USB? Did you try using a different USB port?

I managed to get the mouse to work by changing the port, but my wifi no longer works
and the other usb ports too

and graphic card ??? 8GB

What kind of Wi-Fi card are you using?

You need to map your USB. Please see the following guide.

The graphics card thing is cosmetic. If you want to fix it, please see the bottom of post #3 and look for the "How to populate System Information > PCI". Follow the instructions to change the "???" to anything you like.
