Much better!

This is the previous IOReg file showing the M.2 NVMe drive at RP21. You are quite right that this particular M.2 slot conflicts with the PCIe slot.

And this is today's RP21. It shows your Ethernet device at the bottom. The device-id on the right is 0x15D3, which is a Thunderbolt 3 controller.

Now please try this:
  1. Copy the two SSDTs into the CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder.
  2. Reboot into MacOS and capture the IORegistryExplorer output again. Keep the Ethernet device plugged in.
  3. Also grab a screenshot of System Information --> PCI. I'll modify the SSDT to say "Alpine Ridge" instead of "Titan Ridge".
Ok, I tried F11 again and this time it worked! New IOReg attached.

Have you copied the two SSDTs to CLOVER/ACPI/patched?

The Alpine Ridge card is working, but hot-plug capability may not be functional. Have you also tried ejecting a USB disk, for example, and then reinserting it?

Edit: Attached SSDT is same as previous, but changes the text string "Titan Ridge" to "Alpine Ridge". It must be used in combination with SSDT-DTPG.aml.

Ok, installed the two SSDT's TB now appears in Info under PCI! Still, does not read a USBc drive. Should the card now be able to hot swap? The USBc does show in IOReg though

Newest IOReg after restart. Showing USBc but still does not appear on desktop.

There is a problem as shown on the right side. The Thunderbolt SSDT creates a key device called NHI0 (Thunderbolt Controller) under DSB0. On Titan Ridge cards this device appears, but it's not instantiating on Alpine Ridge. Troubleshooting this problem can be very difficult and time consuming without direct access to an Alpine Ridge card.

Have you found any reports of Hackintosh users running GC-Alpine Ridge successfully? If not, it may be time to consider GC-Titan Ridge.

Disconnects after wake from sleep. @BoomR has it running but I have not found anything to help. I have a Titan Ridge on order (Tuesday arrival) and the Alpine Ridge will return tomorrow. Thank you for your help. I may be asking for more assistance when the Titan appears (or will the SSDT that you created work for my system?)

Good plan! The GC-Titan Ridge is known to work with this SSDT so barring any unforeseen calamities, it should work with the same SSDT. Let us know how it goes...will be here to help if you need it.

I guess I will have to install the drivers for the Titan?

I will, and please accept my humble thanks for your help. If I could, I would buy you a months worth of Nitro Cold Brew.
