Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro + GC-Titan Ridge Hotswap need help

I have a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro with working Thunderbolt 3 using a Gigabyte GC-Titan Ridge, but I have troubles getting hotswap working on the system. Can any one help me, or pointing me in the right direction?

Hey i am too currently attempting a build to use with my UAD thunderbolt interfaces. Sorry i can't help you but im definately following the thread. Can i just maybe ask you a noob question - what does hotswap mean in this context? Im gonna attempt to build with Z390 M mATX mobo and GC titan ridge!
