Hi everyone,

I have a Hackintosh running the latest version of Mojave, yesterday I thought it was a great idea to update my bios, so i took the latest version available on the gigabyte website (F1 to F11). After the update, I did set all the bios setting as they were before the update, but once I tried to boot my Hackintosh, the boot stop.

I downgraded my bios the F1 version and now it works agin like it used to.

Maybe someone knows why this update broke the Hackintosh?

Same board and yes same problem with earlier beta versions of F11.
The most recent functioning BIOS is F10. That should work fine.

Thank you. I will remember that.
I am still running BIOS F4 (from summer 2018).
As I understand it, the other BIOS versions support new and wacky hardware, like the Intel nineth generation CPUs, which I will not be using.
Unless there is a compelling reason to do so, I will stay with F4.

Hopefully someone from Clover Community will fix these problems with newest Gigabyte BIOS fpr Z370, because the newer BIOS revisions will be necessary for 9xxx series CPU support.

Hi, yes this board is supposed to support the 9th generation of intel's processors, but you need one of the latest bios versions. I only have tested it with the 8th generation.
