Gigabyte Z370N F14 BIOS

hi,

Did anyone update the BIOS to F14? My system is F**d, the BIOS boot screen is not coming up and it seems to go in loops,
I see the fan pick speed and then resets....

cant even get to the bios.

I was able to get the CMOS clear and get the bios display on the screen, but still not booting the UEFI OS from it... hackintosh aside, I am trying to boot ubuntu live but in vain so far...

Anyone else ? How do I fix this ?
