Figured it out.... It was the Bios. I did a bios reset and had my old hackintosh profile saved. Loaded it and the install worked.

Currently on Big Sur 11.6.2 and ethernet is working fine. Way more stable than my EFI.

Im about to install Monterey and see what's up.

Here is my EFI / OpenCore0.7.6 Works perfectly under Monterey. You will have to change the values of MmioWhitelist, the value of the hearts in the first 2 patches algrey - Force cpuid_cores_per_package Fill in the SMBIOS and the values for the ram
