Hi

( Bios and Clover settings at the end )

I am pretty happy with my first hackintosh, even after spending hours reading different threads. However, for this one I really need help. For some reason I can't choose 1920x1080 in my display settings.

So far, the best resolution I can select is 1080p. With the internal UHD 630, which I used before, I had the same problem. So I decided to buy a cheap Gigabyte GeForce GT 710 because based on different comments I thought it will be easier to setup. When I first started my computer with the new GT 710 I followed the solutions below.

1. Setup without Web Drivers

- I have Nvidia GT 710 in my system with GA-B85M-DS3H + Intel i3 4160 (Intel HD 4400)
- Nvidia GT 710 is natively supported in macOS High Sierra 10.13.0 to 10.13.2 .
- It needs No "NvidiaWeb driver", No "FakeID" , No "ig-platform-ID"
- It needs "[√]Inject Nvidia" in config.plist_"Graphics" section.

Unfortunately nothing has changed after reboot. So I tried another solution.

2. Setup with Web Drivers, Lilu and NvidiaGraphicsFixup

- Install Nvidia Web driver for your installed version of macOS High Sierra from https://www.tonymacx86.com/nvidia-drivers/
- Install Lilu.kext ( latest version ) from RehabMan and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext ( for 10.13.5 ) to /System/ Library/
- Extensions using Kext Wizard or KextBeast ( I used Kext Wizard )
- Copy and paste Lilu.kext & Nvidia GraphicsFixup .kext to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other of your System HDD
- In clover you have to have Inject Nvidia and web drivers checked, also make sure nv_disable=1 is NOT in there.
- Now Reboot and try

6. Clover

Here are my settings in Clover and how I changed it.

- Open Clover Configurator
- In tab Mount EFI > EFI on EFI (disk0s1) I hit the button Mount Partition
- I hit the button Open Partition and went to EFI/CLOVER/.
- I opened the config.plist via File > Open or just dropped it in Clover Configurator.
- In tab Acpi no fixes are selected.
- In tab Boot only dart=0, disablegfxfirmware and Debug is selected.
- In tab Boot Graphics no settings.
- In tab CPU no settings.
- In tab Devices only USB Inject and USB FixOwnership are selected.
- In tab Disable Drivers no settings.
- In tab Graphics Inject NVidia checked. Inject Intel unchecked. Also no ig-plattform-id defined.
- In tab System Parameters Inject System ID and NvidiaWeb checked. Inject Kexts set to Yes.
- Save config.phtml via Clover Configurator
- Reboot

Any comment is appreciated!
