gigabyte gaming 5 matx,I5 4670k, GeForce GTX 950 (almost perfect)

Hello everyone im running gigabyte gaming 5 matx,I5 4670k, GeForce GTX 950 on yosemite,(tried el capitan w/ clover coundnt get it to work) using chimera
i have 2 problems:
1) no hdmi audio
2) no fans on the gtx 950, also its not identified in the about this computer section.it just says NVIDIA graphics device 2047mb. Im worried about it overheating, and not getting full accel. I already put the NVIDIA alternative drivers the latest and greatest . It took me a little bit to find the right build.
should i be trying to solve 2 problems or are these problems connected.
