Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H or GA-Z97MX-GAMING 5 ?

Hi folks,

I've seen these two boards in the buyers guide for a mATX build.

Could anyone recommend me one of these two? Which one is more stable?

Since we're not telepathic, we need to know how you're going to use the system which the motherboard will form the center piece. If you plan to overclock, then the GA-Z97MX-GAMING 5 would be my choice because it has a more robust design. The GA-Z97M-D3H is an entry level Z97, but it still useable for most applications.
