thanks mate, i couldn't fix the driver problem, i boutght a new one Radeon RX580, i also saw one member who has the same hardware i have
Mojave | i7-4790K | Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WiFi | ASUS Radeon RX 580 8GB
so i will do as he did , and i might sell the gtx 970 on ebay. thanks again for your help.

my build is done with an AMD Graphics Card all went smooth, i even installed Mojave on another Mini PC all working fine

unfortenatly the Hackintosh i've builed was for a friend of mine , but considering the installation process, everything was out of the box, there was no extra kexts installed, just the standard installation method. i am also preparing another hackintosh with the following specs:
MB: MSI Z97i-Gaming AC
CPU: i7-4790K
GPU: MSI GTX 980Ti
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 2400Mhz
SSD: 2TB Samsung 860 EVO
HDD: 10TB WD RED
i will let you guys know how it went
