Hello everyone, i just bought GA-Z97-D3H and i wonder, is it a good idea to update BIOS to version with broadwell support? And another question, will it make a differance if i'll use 10.10.5 installation? Is older version easier to install?

Its good practice to run the latest BIOS version generally as it will probably incorporate other minor improvements. Using 10.10.5 is the only version available from the Apple App Store. Its probably the best and most stable version of Yosemite to date - its pretty to install.

Yes the latest version of MultiBeast does work with 10.10.5
