Gigabyte GA-Z87 HD3 strange freeze problem

Hi to all,
i'm an owner of a Gigabyte GA-Z87 HD3..with Intel I7 proc,
32GB of Corsair ram, Samsung SSD 512Gb, GTX 970 video card
and F8 Bios upgrade.
On this mobo i tried to install Yosemite but when he want hackintosh
freeze...
check hardware on alone ram bank...DONE ! works

It's strange that if i use all ram banks (32Gb) hackintosh freeze often
if i remove the last one ...works or works a little bit better...

(on Windows 10 i have no problem...)

set correct bios setup (f8 version) (anyway i didn't find XMP profile)
Set mac profile to Imac 21.4...
install ketx for NON apple SSD...
install web driver for Gforce

Any other Things?!?

Help me please i start to become crazy.....

now finally, after your bios setup ram latency, System run...
works perfectly on windows 10 with 32GB (i tried to start 4 prog. of adobe TOGETHER... :-D:-D)
on yosemite system recognise 32GB but works only if i start in safe mode (-x)
without -x after login password system reboot...

i suppose it's a yosemite software problem now...
