Hi.
Can we continue our conversation here?
There's a lot of info in the other thread but to re-cap...
@pastrychef The last EFI folder you provided hung at the boot screen.
That was post #76.

Hello.

For what it's worth can you go back to using your original EFI folder, the one you posted at #25 in the PCI-e thread?

The latest ones have exactly the same config.plist as another member (except for serial and sys-def) I am trying to help and that is confusing to a surreal extent o_O

Thanks.

Boot your PC with the Mojave UniBeast flash-drive you created.

:)

Hi @UtterDisbelief @pastrychef
I'm replying from my laptop as things went sideways this morning.
I went through the Beginner's guide... (which I'm obviously less than) and created a USBKext following the instructions. That was the only change I made. Removed the USB inject all and replaced it with the new USBKext.
The machine hangs at the GPU handoff or at least that what it looks like as the screen normally flashes GREEN halfway into the boot and then loads. Today it hung up and just cycles over and over. I walked away at that point.
I will boot with my Mojave USB and delete the new kext and replace it with the Inject all kext and see if it boots.

I will then try to address your posts above.

I'm booting from my original Mojave USB thumb drive.
Why has the screen changed? It was always the black screen with the funny green clovers.

The machine won't boot. I get the little clock bars circling, then my mouse triangle in the upper left corner and over and over.

Not one to give up I tried it again and I got my normal boot screen.
I will post the newly created files in the next post.

Here are the files I created this morning. I will go back to pst #25 and replace the current EFI folder next.

OK, I have replaced the EFI folder with the folder from post #25.
I'm going to reboot in Verbose mode and take a pic of where it stops.
