Hi everyone, sorry for the post...I've been reading solutions and fixes to my issues for about 3 hours now and I feel like I am chasing my own tail.
I've built a few computers here before with Yosemite and Mavericks...this is my first time using Clover and not as familiar as the old bootloader.
Method:
I installed using the Guide on the site with newest Multibeast for El Captian and current Unibeast. Followed recommended multibeast guide for my MOBO

El Capitan installed fine and boots without the usb stick but not working great...

ISSUES:
Keyboard and Mouse usb slots are not working
Does not recognize any USB 3.0 Devices
Ram is only showing up at 8gb (and not 32)
No Audio
Jerky video (and black when I scroll) *im plugged into my video card

My Setup
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 5
Chip: I7-6700k 4.0
GFX Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming GDDR5 4gb
Ram: 32 GB Crucial Ballistic LT (2x 16)
Fresh install (I will wipe the usb and my install ssd for any help I get here )

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Run MultiBeast with these settings:

Then run it again with this setting (we're fixing in next version so you won't have to run it twice)

Then install the NVIDIA Alternate Drivers:

That should take care of most of your issues.

Hi Tony, thanks for taking the time help me out, I re-installed and followed the steps again with much better results. My graphic card is working (no more black lines) and I got audio and ethernet working.

My Issues
USB 3.0 not working (now only the 2.0 slots work...so its an improvement) and when I use multi to install the "increase max port limit" I get a "install failure" message...any work around?
My Ram memory is still coming up as only 8gb when I have 32gb.

If i can fix these things I will be in great shape

Thank you!

You can install the increase max port limit manually. MultiBeast 8.2.2 will fix this bug.

Also, if you change the setting Trust=No to Trust=Yes in your config.plist under SMBIOS it could help the RAM get identified.

Good luck.

Thanks Sir! gonna be making a donation, appreciate the help. I got the usb 3.0 working
Still having issue with the ram being recognized, I will keep digging for a solution for that. It only thinks there is 8 gb in one slot when there is 2x16.

I'm having the same issue with my Z170N Gaming 5 - have a Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT kit with 32GB total, shows up fine in BIOS but only 16GB on About this mac.

Tried setting Trust=Yes but no luck here either

I have not fixed this problem yet, I've tried swapping ram and "trust to yes" but no luck. I've still digging for a solution.

i have almost the same build you have , but im stuck on "bluetooth controller missing transport" ( verbose ) on almost finishing the bat on apple logo , was it the same for you when you were installing ?
