In Multibeast all I selected can be seen in the picture below.

For the GPU to work just download the web drivers from nvidia, just google Nvidia web drivers OS X, and make sure you download the one for the version of OSX you have installed.

Use clover configurator, mount the EFI partition and open the config.plist located in EFI/CLOVER. Under boot, enable the nvda_drv=1. Under SMBIOS click the magic wand, and select iMac, then iMac 14.2. Press the shake buttons next to week of manufacturing, and unit number. Click File and then Save.

The SMBIOS is quite important, and that's the configuration that worked with me. The one you have is fine, but for me it wouldn't boot with the Nvidia drivers installed.

Also I highly suggest you make a backup before you do any changes: Mount the EFI partition, go to EFI/CLOVER, copy the config.plist file on your desktop. Then do all the things mentioned above (make sure you that in clover configurator you open the config file located in /EFI/CLOVER, not the backup one you have on your desktop). When you are done, rename the config.plist file you backed up to your desktop to config-backup.plist. Then copy it back to /EFI/CLOVER. That way, if any of the changes above screw up your system, you can select in clover during boot the backup config.plist file, and boot back to your system.

I have the same board as you, and everything but sound works for me. Let me know how it went and if you need any other help :)
