Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Designare onboard video?

Hi,

Using Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Designare ATX LGA1151 Motherboard can I use its onboard video with Hackintosh?

I was thinking dual booting with Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card for Windows and the onboard for Mac.

Will it work?

I've just built one (guide coming once I have everything bedded in) and the HD530 works, but shows weird glitching at the top of the screen.

I believe this is a common problem and fixable, but I didn't really give it much effort as I'm running a dedicated GPU.

Sierra installed fine (with some tweaking post install for sound/network/etc.), but I was unable to get El Capitan to work at all.

Do you use another graphic card besides the onboard one? I wouldn't mind a weaker resolution from onboard video but glitches are not cool.

I want to build a dual boot gaming/work computer with Mac OSX and Windows. Any other good motherboards?

Yes, just an old ATI 5770.

I wouldn't mind a weaker resolution from onboard video but glitches are not cool.

My understanding is the 530 glitches are fixable (see https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/skylake-intel-hd-530-graphics-glitch-fix.206410/), but it's not a priority for me at the moment...
