Without the Audio Front panel cables connected looks like all ports are correct.
I will check the wires and try again to connect the front Audio.
HDMI not checked yet.
Internal speaker only beeps when boots but no audio after that, its normal?

No. Wiring problem, boot speaker is not connected to audio codec.
