You are going to need a DSDT file for your motherboard, The L version requires it and I'm pretty sure this version does too, could be wrong though, worth a try right?

Here you go - http://www.tonymacx86.com/basics/104461-how-install-dsdt.html (remember, All this what I'm about to tell you, needs to be done after you've just created your UniBeast boot drive from within os x) Ok, you can either create your own or see if one is available for your motherboard from that link, once you have your DSDT file, Open up a finder window and go into your UniBeast drive and Type in "extra" in the search box without quotes, then you'll end up with two folders named extra, go into the one that's empty, and drag in your DSDT file you just downloaded/created for your motherboard into that folder, and that's it, all that's left to do is to install os x
