I had the chance to test the i5-4200U Haswell edition- turns out HD 4400 works 100% when injecting ig-platform-id, same as HD 4600 in OS X Mavericks.

:headbang:

The unit has the same other specs as the BRIX PRO- ALC 269 and Realtek 8111G. Very similar Aptio UEFI BIOS too. Same setup as BRIX PRO. This Haswell generation all has a nice standard SATA cord as well as the mSATA slot. Doesn't come with SO-DIMM RAM or drive.

I would maybe try changing that definition if I was you. MacbookAir6,1 or MacbookAir6,2 is a lot closer match given the CPU and graphics chip.

Yea was using the desktop haswell sys def for the BRIX PRO, and this is just booting from the same USB :)

Moved to General Hardware Discussion.

Just to mention here that i had some issue installing it with an mSATA drive .
Had to install it first on an external drive and then Carbon Copy the install to the mSATA drive.
