Make sure to put BooterConfig 0x28 & CsrActiveConfig 0x3 in your config.plist and put FakeSMC and Ethernet kexts also your patched AppleHDA in EFI/Clover/kexts/10.11 and you'll be good to go

Yep, these are the flags I've been using for SIP. Remember to put them in the RtVariables section of your config.plist. I use Clover Configurator for editing, for ease of use, but it's simple enough to do manually.

I think we *might* be an hour behind the release time based on what I saw previously. I can see it in my apple dev account but the download link states it is not yet available in the UK store.

For anyone having trouble with Clover you should check out http://www.tonymacx86.com/alternate-bootloaders/127134-test-drive-how-create-clover-usb.html it lets you try and get Clover working without touching your current bootloader. Once you get Clover working you'll wonder why you didnt switch sooner IMO its the future of Hackintoshing..
