Oh its a Frisco FL1100 I've got one of these cards somewhere i had to take it out as i couldn't get 10.11 to work when El Cap first came out.. I might have ago again.

X99 I don't use any usb 3 cards.

Fixed shutdown with USB3 Flash drive with clover Loder.
XHCI-Enabled
CSM-Disabled
Install kexts with SSDT and add config too.
