short answer no, they might need to bring out a new kext/driver to run the new Nvidia cards. The next graphics drivers to hit Apple Mac will be ATi new range due to affordability and dx11 capability.

The 400 series GeForce cards also support DirectX 11 so I'm guessing that they will make them compatible soon, especially since 10.6.3 supports OpenGL now and with the release of Steam on MAC around the corner.

Apple went with ATI for their new line of 2010 iMacs because they have dx11 and openGL at a much affordable price. So first cards you will see could be 5750's in June. Geforce 470/480 costs too much.

Geforce.kext apparently has fermi coding inside it, so there could be a good future for those cards as ive read.

Have someone new info in this segment?
