Of course as soon as I got Win10 running on my now-dual Hackintosh, I ran the standard benchmarks. I know so little about WinDoze (only running it for the sake of one game that will never be released for MacOS)... no idea what to expect, but this was a bit surprising...
I'm really puzzled by the results.
My Geekbench scores for the Mojave KiKi were (summary): Single Core 5909, Multi Core 24989, OpenCL 136958
Geekbench scores for Win10 KiKi: Single Core 1319, Multi Core 6593, OpenCL 47072
My Unigine benchmark for Mojave looked like this: Avg FPS 61, Max FPS 144.8, Min 17.6, Score 1535.
Unigine for Win10: Avg FPS 114, Max FPS 240.9, Min 9.2, Score 2872
Now, if these numbers are supposed to be comparable (these are allegedly cross-platform metrics) then I'm puzzled.
Why would Mojave be getting vastly higher scores (*4-ish) on CPU performance, but much weaker (*.5-ish) scores on GPU? I did try to set the Unigine parameters about the same in each case (though of course Win10 is using DirectX which might be a game changer, no pun intended).
Is this normal, or does it indicate that I've set something up incorrectly in Windows so it isn't making full use of my CPU?
