GA-Z97x Gaming 3, cant boot into unibeast installer

I cant boot into unibeast installer os x 10.10.4

kernel panic says : this is an unknown cpu model 0x3c
-- power management maybe incomplete or unsupported


set up :
cpu: i7 4790k
MB: Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3
RAM: G.skill ripjaws 16GB DDR3 1600MHz (8x2)
GPU: GTX 970 4GB

first I tried unibeast installer 5.1.0 with no luck then I make another usb installer using latest unibeast 5.2.0 and it was the same problem

I have tried a lot of boot flags combination :
-x -v
-x -v pcirootuid=1 graphicsenabler=yes
graphicsenabler=no pcirootuid=1 -x -v
maxmem=8192 -x -v
graphicenabler=no -x -v
nv_disable=1 -v
cpus=1 -x -v

all with no luck, I couldn't reach the installer screen

bios version is F6
bios config :
1- load default
2- xHCI mode > enabled
3- xHCI hand off > enabled
4- EHCI handoff > enabled
5- VT-D > disabled
6- boot mode > legacy
7- Internal graphics > disabled
8- there is no wake on lan option in bios setting

Try booting with "dart=0 nv_disable=1 -f -v"

I installed os x then nvidia web driver

I checked "dart=0" from chameleon wizard , I cant boot with out it

everything works great thank you so much

If you are disabling VT-D on BIOS, then this flag not required.
