Asus boards are looking OK at the moment, there is one on the new Z87 boards in the Golden builds section.

The Asus Gryphon is confirmed working : http://www.tonymacx86.com/buying-ad...-looks-very-good-hackintosh-2.html#post648840

List of Haswell hardware includes ASUS, by SJ underwater : http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-h...-latest-haswell-lga1150-motherboard-info.html

You might want to use search/or ask before purchasing a particular board - if there are any likely/known issues.

It appears neither is out yet, at least the thunderbolt versions.

If you read well, it sais it will NOT be equipped with TB2.

Were you referring to the comment I posted quoting the email Gigabyte customer service sent me? Or did I miss read this part of the article:

"Z87 Motherboards With Thunderbolt 2

Thunderbolt 2 will also be used in consumer gear as well, including Z87 motherboards. Asus, AsRock, and Gigabyte all had motherboards on display that each featured two Thunderbolt 2 ports."

I checked again with customer service about any TH2 coming up and they pleaded ignorance. So, the 7 board may have it. May make a little sense with the new iMac 5s only having TH1 and Gigabytes 5 board only having TH1.

Yeah, the YT video say THunderbolt2 but the customer service in this link (mentioned above) say the opposite, right? Am i confusing boards here or do we get opposite information?

Unless Im missing something, thats not Gigabytes webpage. Wasnt the person in the YT vid given permission by Gigabyte to talk about their new mobo's?

"Today at IDF 2013, GIGABYTE invited us over to their booth to talk about some of their new high-end motherboards that they are unveiling at the show."

Also, the UD7TH isnt even up on Gigabytes webpage yet.

Why would you believe pcper vs Gigabyte?

Ive called customer service several times, thats the reason I kept updating the dates for UD7TH release. If I remember correctly first it was mid August, then late Sept, then late Oct, and now... ? Last time I checked I didnt get a straight answer as well. I dont think customer service knows anything more than whats on their product list page. They also did say UD5TH would have already been avail as well. Each time Ive called they havent given accurate information.
