macOS 10.13.6

I badly need help from the awesome hackintoshers of the world. I've had this mobo for about 5 yrs now I think (using tits iGPU Intel HD 4600). 3 months ago, I finally had enough money to buy a GTX 1060 6gb. Since that day I haven't been able to make it 100% work on macOS High Sierra. I've read and tried everything that I can from different websites, but I still can't fix it. I've read that alot of people are also having trouble making Nvidia cards work on High Sierra.I can't give up on this build because this provides me with an affordable working machine for my design work. I really need to make this work, if I can't then I'll sell this card and just settle for an AMD graphics card (from what I've read is easier to install 100%)

what happens:
I can't boot into macOS. What happens is:
-It brings me to the macOS login screen, the mouse appears at the upper left corner of screen. I try to click my user account to login, and type my password.
-screen goes to black for about 10 seconds, then an error line appears:

IOConsoleUser: time(0) 0->0, lin0,llk1
IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0
-it goes back to the login screen, I try to click my user account again and then it repeats this cycle.

I attached important screenshots (BIOS, config, kexts, Extensions folder, etc.)

config.plist

Thank you so much! If someone can help me make this work 100% I promise I'll post the correct config.plist, kexts and everything that's necessary to make it work, and I'll also donate to the community even if it's just a small amount. Making this hackintosh work will mean a working mac for my day job. it would really help me. Thank you!

apfs.efi and ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi do the same job and are mutually exclusive, use one or the other but not both.
The same goes for AptioMemoryFix-64.efi and OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi. Suggest delete OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi.
EmuVariableUefi-64 is not required if you use AptioMemoryFix-64.efi.

Still didn't work.
But thank you so much, appreciate it.

What you said about this UEFI kexts are important, if you didnt say it I would still have redundant kexts on my EFI.

I said nothing about kexts - I just pointed out some errors in your /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/ folder.

It would be easier for people to help you if you attached your config.plist rather than posting endless pictures of the contents.

Yeah sorry man my bad. You're right those are from the UEFI folder, not kexts.
And yeah I edited my post, attached the config file.
