Ok I found where the problem comes from, it was actually my Aquaero Fan controller. When I unplug it from my motherboard, sleep works perfectly well.

That's strange, I also have an Aquaero 5 LT connected to my UD5H and have no problems with sleep.

I also have an Aquaero 4 on old Aquaduct 360 XT that I am planning to use on a HTPC build, I'll test what that does someday
