GA-Z77X-UD5H / i5-3570K plus "leftover" components

I had some hardware issues with my old box, and decided that it was time to upgrade. I'm looking at picking up a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H and Intel i5-3570K, and re-use the following components for the time being:
- Xigmatek Gaia cooler (should suffice for a bit of OC).
- 8 GiB (4x2) G.Skill DDR3 1600.
- EVGA GTX 470 (to be replaced as budget permits, perhaps with a 660 Ti).
- Antec EarthWatts EA750.
- A half-dozen drives, plus optical.
- Antec Three Hundred case and a bunch of fans.

The mobo and CPU are on the recommended list, so I imagine that it should be a painless operation. Leaving aside the somewhat outdated GPU, does this seem reasonable?

I too am looking to build a hackintosh/dualboot around the GA-Z77X-UD5H Motherboard and i5-3570k CPU. I felt like making another thread would be redundant, so I think posting here would be the right option. but here is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal HD
Storage: Sandisk Extreme 120GB 2.5 Solid State Disk x2
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Video Card
Wireless Card: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter
Case: Fractale Design Define R4 w/Window (white) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600w ATX 12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: ASUS DRW-24B1st/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

most of it was planned using the Build a CustoMac Buyer's guide 2012.
i plan to use an SSD for each operating system and the 2TB for storage.

but here are my concerns. will it have bluetooth natively running on both windows and mac? or will i need to buy a dongle?

so far i have found deals on the CPU and the ram, which i have already purchased. i plan on getting this completed in maybe july at the rate my job pays me. =_=
