After upgrading to Yosemite, after a while of using the internet, it just quits all of the sudden.
Or it happens after I wake from sleep.
There are no symptoms of anything wrong... just all of the sudden can't keep a connection.

When I check iStats Menubar, the Network tabs shows "Ethernet" connected (green light), but when the internet stops, it flashes yellow "not connected".

The System Report shows Ethernet
BSD name: en0
Kext name: ALXEthernet.kext (ver. 1.0.2)

That is about it with my problems:

- Ethernet losing connections all of the sudden. A Restart is required to fix it.
- No native Sound. Can't get native Sound to work. Only using a USB dongle. But wished I had native support.

Anybody else having problems with 10.10? What are your Multibeast settings?

hi!
Have you tried installing another network driver?
For my z77x-ud5h board still in Yosemite works the best hnak driver from Multibeast 5.0.2
you have to delete ALX driver first, maybe try that :)

and have you run the Multibeast after upgrading to Yosemite?
