GA Z77 D3H / i7 3770k / GTX560 Ti / still waiting for root device

hi everybody,
that's my machine

ga-z77-d3h
i7 3770k
gtx 560 ti
16 gb corsair vengeance
1TB SEAGATE barracuda
corsair CMPSU-650HXEU 650W
corsair carbide 300r

my bios is F14. i have AHCI in "sata mode selection" and, as i saw on other topics, "XHCI hand-off" and "ECHI hand-off" enabled
i bought montain lion and i made my usb stick but every time i try to install i get this and this if i use flags
i tried every flag but i can't solve this issue.
i have another HD with windows 7 on this computer and it's working just fine

can anyone help me?
