I've had my USB 3.0 disabled because it wasn't initially working with ML, but I'm looking at the MultiBeast 5.1.3-1 that came out today, and it shows two different kexts for USB 3. One is CalDigit and the other is LaCie. Anybody know what the difference is and which one is appropriate for the Gigabyte Z68 boards?

I've got a GA-H67MA-USB3-B3 (EFI) w/ Core i3-2100 utilizing Etron EJ168 controller and CalDigit works well for me.

Transferred 25 GB from SATAII HDD to WD MyBook 3TB USB3.0 in ~4 minutes.

EDIT: Just realized that System Information lists the MyBook at speed 480Mbit.
Hrm. O well, 25 GB in 4 mins is fast enough for me.

The LaCie didn't work for me; ports didn't even show up in system profiler. The CalDigit works to an extent; I can mount devices once. However, if I disconnect said device, it's not recognized when trying to reconnect. I have to restart to enable the ports again.
