Is this motherboard worth it?
Does it work without problems with Lion 10.7.3?

It does but it isn't worth it.

After the UD3H, all of the "extra" stuff is just that, fluff. Most of it isn't hackintosh compatible either, so I'd save the money and get something in the UD3 range.

Reason for the UD2H is the PCIex4 port.
I already have 2 Radeon 5850.
And thinking about adding a physx card.
Off course this only works in Windows 7.
But Windows 7 will only be used for gaming.

Do you think this is realistic or just not worth it?

I've decided to follow your advice and the customac builds advice.
I'm going to buy:
Core i5-2500K
Z68X-UD3H
Noctua NH-D14

But it will be in a month or so.
I was waiting for the Ivy Bridge but it seems we will wait for a long time.
