Cool build hackintosh, I would have money for such hardware, in my country the average statistical salary is $ 100. So my hackintosh is built on Intel G4400, it seems like everything works except for the built-in graphics and speedstep.

I have the same monitor. I believe that the 30hz 4K over hdmi is a limitation of the hardware.
In theory you should be able to get 60hz if you are using DP...
What are the results if you turn on GFX0 to IGPU?

The behaviour is the same when GFX0 to IGPU is enabled or disabled. When using DisplayPort the monitor loses signal while in the screen with the white apple logo and the preloader before login. I tried various combinations of Clover configurations to get it working but no success so far.

With the GFX0 to IGPU patch, I get 60 Hz with my 4K monitor over display port, my second monitor connects over hdmi at 60 Hz at 1080p.

Is the one at 4k 60hz run by the hd 960? If so, can you please post the config.plist you're using?

Having the same problem. For me it worked for awhile then suddenly, despite making no system changes that day, poof... boot to black screen (sleep) every time. Now I can only get OSX up on the HDMI port with a very lousy refresh rate.

Ok, so I played around with different settings some more and finallly I have 4k@60hz running over DisplayPort.
I'm using 18.3 SMBIOS.
change GFX0 to IGPU patch
- disablegfxfirmware in BOOT
- 0x59128086 in Devices -> IntelGFX
- 0x59120000 in Graphics -> ig-platform-id
- Inject Intel - On in Graphics

I attached my config.plist in case anyone need it.

I still have a problem. I get an occasional black screen glitch. It's triggered by opening launchpad, or when typing a lot, apparently.
I found a lot of good info on this thread as well.

Using identical settings. For me, the only dual monitor success I have (with the HD 630) is keeping the 4K monitor hooked to the DisplayPort off at boot. The 1080p monitor on hdmi boots fine, then I hit the power button on the 4k display and it becomes active at 60Hz. It does not work if I leave 4K monitor on DP turned on at boot with the 1080p monitor on hdmi turned off... I get a KP. I have a working alpine ridge card that I run my egpu setup with. I'm going to do a test converting the TB3 port on the alpine ridge to hdmi to see if that makes a difference with the dual monitor setup. Dual monitor does work via egpu and nvidia 1080Ti.

I've tried all the patches and recommendations I can find (including comparing to marosoaie's posted above) and nothing is working for me except boot to HDMI. If I enable Inject Intel the 4K display will boot into 1080 @60hz not HiDPI, which is unsupported and I don't even get an option for 1080p30 HiDPI.

Have you installed IntelGraphicsFixup.kext and Lilu.kext ?
I get 1080p30 HiDPI over HDMI as well. Now I'm using 1080p@30 HiDPI over DisplayPort since with 60hz the black screen glitch makes the computer pretty much unusable.
