It is been a while since I hackintoshed a PC. Anyway, the installation went OK following the latest guide. I do have a few things that are not working and partially working.
Specs:
GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
RAM: GSKILL Ripjaws 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4
HD: 2TB Seagate 7200RPM drive
Graphics: Integrated Graphics Processor-Intel® HD Graphics
Graphics External: Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 390
Audio: Creative® Sound Core 3D chip
LAN: Intel® GbE LAN chip (10/100/1000 Mbit)(LAN1)
Working:
It boots, displays proper resolution and overall basic functionality is OK. LAN, bonjour, and video.
Partially working:
RAM: Only 8GB recognized not sure why
Graphics: Only internal which is OK for now.
Not working:
Audio: I guess it will never work since Apple doesn't use such hardware. I wonder if HDMI pass through audio would work with some tinkering.
Thunderbolt: not recognized
External Graphics: Did not boot
Overclock: Reporting 4.01GHz but system is OC'd to 4.6GHz
Any suggestions?
