I created an installer using UniBeast ML and installed right over the top of my Lion install. I still need to fix the sound, but everything else seems to be working just fine.

I am running Lion 10.7.4 and struggling to get the Audio working. Everything else seems OK, will going to 10.8 help?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Did you reinstall DSDT? Also do you have rev.2 of the mobo?

Oops, yeah, I do have rev. 2, and I didn't have to reinstall DSDT.

I haven't fixed the sound yet, but that's because I'm downloading all the software updates.

My sound worked just fine in Lion. I used MultiBeast to install the correct kexts, although I forget which ones at the moment. I will be trying later to reinstall the sound kexts, so I will pass on my results.

I'm in the process of installing now. Trying to do so without wiping clean. I'll let you all know how it goes!

Yes, Im am also just going to try to update. Not doing a clean install.

Do you guys remember exact settings to choose in Multibeast? I have Lion running just fine, but wanna install fresh ML on another drive.
