I successfully installed Yosemite but I am having a problem. My mouse moves slowly sometimes... It's like the computer is getting the signals from the mouse late so the cursor moves with a delay and jumps. Do I have the wrong mouse driver or something? How do I fix this?

I usually set the mouse speed to max in preferences. How much RAM? I find Mav and Yos to need 16Gb minimum if running half a dozen apps at once. Otherwise I get laggy mouse and sometimes the beach ball for a few seconds while the system catches up.

I think about usb driver, or dsdt/ssdt relative stuff.

Please, tell us more about your system.
(attach ioreg, dsdt, ssdt and list kext used).

thanks
