Hi

I have Yosemite working 100% in my PC with:

  • Motherboard: GA-X58-UD4P
  • Processor: Core i7-920
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT (1GB RAM)
  • Memory: 18 GB (3x2G + 3x4GB)
  • Hard disks: 2x2TB, 1x1TB, 1x500GB

Instructions:

  • Use Unibeast 5.0 to create USB stick
  • Boot installer with flags "GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x2000 -x -v"
  • Postinstall with Multibeast 7.0 selecting EasyBeast but adding drivers for audio (ACL885/889a) and network (Realtek RTL81xx). Customize also checking GraphicsEnabler and PCI Root UID Fix.

After these steps I found some problems:

Hope this save time for anyone with this mobo :)

No sound problem. I have the same mobo. I have installed Yosemite with multibeast without DSDT. I tryed kext and enablers by your link, but no luck with sound. Devices are showing in sound prefpane, but no output sound from rear or front jacks. But mic working from rear jack. How do you make your output sound working? May be you could attach your dsdt? Can i just put the correct dsdt for this mobo intj "Extra" folder or i need reinstal multibeast with dsdt? What is your solution? Please, help :)
