None of the GTS 250 cards I have seen have heatsinks on the back.

I'm amazed that your sapphire card doesn't fit in the top slot though, there should be enough room there. You should contact Gigabyte's support and let them know though, as that's a poor design from their side if it's that little space left.

Glad to hear you got the system up and running though.

If you're in for some DSDT editing, it's possible to assign the graphics card to the second PCI Express slot...

Well, it's magic having it all working now so I'm inclined rather to change GPU than to blow up everything trying to pieces playing with DSDT fire.

P.S. Had edited last reply with more info of working stuff if anyone care.
