My second ever build this time using HA170N-WIFI with i5-6600, 16Gb Crucial RAM; Samsung 850 EVO 250Gb and OS X Sierra. All went well except I cannot get the sound to work using Multibeast v9.01 for Sierra.

I just ticked the ALC1150 driver box in Multibeast and rebooted, no sound.

Am I failing to tick another box in the Multibeast that will get the sound working?

100 Series motherboard requires 100 Series Audio
MultiBeast 9+ > Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx √ ALC 1150
plus √ 100 Series Audio

Many thanks, working great.

Hi toleda,

I have the following setup and I have tried what you recommended to DouggieB2 and it is not working for me. This is my 5th Hack and I'm pretty comfortable. New Vanilla build:

gigabyte H170N-wifi
8gb HyperX ram
WD 1TB Black
stock cooler
i3-6100
*GT 710 - ordered but not here yet - need sleep to work
Apple 23" cinema display with DVI connector

I have tried creating a brand new unibeast stick (32GB adata stick) with the most current Multibeast and Sierra download. I have reformatted twice and started from scratch. I have done as you have recommended above with no luck.

Thanks in advance!!
