My pc has these parts:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H
Core: Intel i5 6400
Graphics: Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Do you think I can install Sierra or El Capitan on my pc? (I have to do a partition of my HDD, but)

Your GTX 1050Ti graphics card has no support at present from nvidia with compatible macOS drivers. This will obviously make things difficult with a dual boot system that also runs windows.

It may be possible to use the integrated graphics for macOS and the GTX 1050 Ti discrete graphics with windows.
