I usually hate people that say "search/Google is your friend," but, well, Google is your friend...

on that note, I used this one (no affiliation to this company) http://g5atxcables.weebly.com I'm not the happiest with it (could never get audio to work quite right) but the front LED/Button/USB work well.

You could always follow this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/powermac-g5/77208-g5-front-panel-quick-guide.html and do your own wiring..

I personally went with The Laser Hive's Front Panel Conversion kit. Just put it in today, pretty easy install, but I understand some wanting to keep the 'factory' look of the G5.

Now i don't know your skills with a soldering iron, but there is a lot of diy material on this exact subject on this site. I did mine on my own with scrap parts from older computers I found in a dumpster. I have USB, PWR, LED, AUD and IR receiver. i have no use for firewire. But all in all was pretty easy to do.
