I want to connect only power button and power led.

The "ground" is the "ground" - even though there are separate ground pins for power button & LED, they are actually the same circuit (just multiple connections).

Yes, so "under the hood" of that pin block, all the ground connections are actually tied together. But of course each of the devices that you see do need a circuit path to & from the device, hence they all need the "+" and a ground.

is it correct that power led is always ON?
I connect - cable to USB GND
Power switch works OK (minus to FW gnd)

    See if this might help:

Make sure to pay careful attention to the pin numbering scheme of the Apple multi-pin connector. On initial glance at the diagram, one would THINK you would be holding the bundle of wires connected to the black plastic connector in your hand & looking at the "bottom" side of the connector (the side of the connector that touches the motherboard). That is most definitely NOT correct. You must remember to look at the Apple connector diagram as if it were actually plugged into the circuit board in the G5 case - staring at it from the side where the wires come into the back of the connector (from the "top" side of the connector).

Download the attached PDF from the link I sent you - there is a highly detailed & annotated cheat-sheet to help you with your wiring. The image that you shared is not correct. You don't need power switch - (ground) if you have FW and USB - attached correctly. Try again, please... :)
