G 1050 Ti not fully recognized (Sierra 10.12.5)

Gigabyte Z170M-D3H
CPU
intel i5 6500
Graphics
G 1050 Ti 4GB
I not new to hackintosh.

but the system is:
MB:ga-z170m-d3h
RAM: 16GB
SSD: 250gb
Video card: ga- 1050 Ti 4GB - 1DVI,3HDMI,1DP
PSU: 550 Watt

i'v installed Sierra with success.
every thing is working but not the 2 HDMI ports
and the main Problem is I cant see the GPU temp sensors.. and the fans don't turn on

somebody know this problem ? how to solve it ?

I am having the same problem with a new install, can't see the GPU sensor and the fans are not turning.

My system:
MB:ga-z270m-wifi
RAM: 16GB
SSD: 500gb
Video card: ga- 1050 Ti 4GB
PSU: 650 Watt
 
@leo0rubi, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card.

some know how to solve it?
 
I am only using the DVI port (unable to test other ports) but everything seems to be working now. From what I have researched the fan will not turn until the card reaches a certain temp. Below is the link that help me get mine up in running. I hope this helps!

I have noticed that the fans start to work at a certain temperature, but I want to know the temperature and see it in HWmonitor.
